Description Construction crews widen Napa Creek and anchor tree trunks to the bottom of the dried creek bed for habitat restoration in Napa, Calif., July 10, 2012. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District is partnering with the city of Napa, and the Napa Flood Control and Water Conservation District to complete the $14.8 million flood risk reduction project, funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
