English: Crostons Retail Park Bury. This small retail park, on the outskirts of Bury, is just off Crostons Road.
The church tower behind B&Q is 406632 Note This retail warehouse park was bought in November 2000 by Millennium Estates when it comprised of three units let to B&Q, Netto and Kwik-Fit (formerly Charlie Browns Motor Centre). Following successful rent reviews in June 2002, the property was subsequently sold in May 2004 for £8.696m. |
