I quite liked the curry laksa soup with the zing of lemongrass in the rich coconut milk soup. The layer of red oil reflects the amount of coconut milk in this dish. While the cheek of lime was a nice touch, the solitary mint leaf was a bit stingy. I like my laksa minty. I also lamented tha fact that they only used yellow Hokkien noodles rather and the more typical combination of noodle and rice noodle for a bit of textural variety. ---
