Description
English: Curse tablet from Jerusalem, A.D. 363. The text is written in Greek and, in it a woman named Kyrilla invokes the names of six gods to cast a curse on a man named Iennys, apparently over a legal case.
Italiano: Tavoletta di piombo recante una maledizione (tabella defixionum), scoperta in una villa romana di Gerusalemme, tardo III secolo. Il testo è scritto in greco e parla di una donna, Kyrilla, che invoca il nome di sei dèi per lanciare una maledizione contro un uomo chiamato Iennys, apparentemente per un caso giudiziario.
