Deutsch: Die Rochuskapelle (Schutzheiliger der Seuchenkranken)wurde in Folge der wütenden Pest 1665/66 vor der noch heute so genannten Pestwiese errichtet. Sie fiel der Erweiterung der Rahmer Straße im Jahr 1976 achtlos zum Opfer. Dank des Angermunder Kulturverein e.V. wurde sie in 2000 originalgetreu nur wenige hundert Meter vom ursprünglichen Platz wiedererrichtet. Danke. Quelle: pk |
