Object history
Deutsch: Das seit 1441 belegte Siegel von Walsheim zeigt den gespaltenen kurpfälzischen Schild mit Löwe und Rauten und ist so gleich bleibend bis zur französischen Revolution belegt. Die Gemeinde führte dieses Siegel im 19. Jahrhundert als Wappen weiter, eine Genehmigung war jedoch nicht erfolgt. Zur Unterscheidung von anderen kurpfälzischen Wappen wurde bei der amtlichen Verleihung 1956 ein Beizeichen in Form eines Ringes hinzugefügt, wie er auf Grenzsteinen von Walsheim erscheint.
