Blasonierung: Über einem silbernen Wellenschildfuß, darin unter einem blauen Wellenfaden ein schräglinks gestelltes grünes Eichenblatt, in Rot ein goldener Kelch und ein goldener Schlüssel mit dem Bart oben links.
