A sculpture depicting Jesus as a homeless man sleeping on a park bench under a blanket has drawn the attention of many around the world. There are more than a dozen “Homeless Jesus” statues by Canadian artist Timothy Schmalz around the world. To get this shot I had to get on my knees and it was hard to even make out the features, just shot and hope. Metropolitan Cathedral - The twelve Neo-Classical columns at the front represent the twelve apostles of Christ, supporting a triangular frontispiece. It is the former church of Pope Francis. |
