Sanjha festival

Summary[edit]

Description
English: It is a 16 days festival mostly celebrated by young girls in the North-Western regions of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. In this festival different motifs were prepared every day on the outside of the house with cow dung and worshiped in the evening. the motifs are also decorated by some fresh flower petals and leaves or colored papers. also, the girls get together in the evening and worship and recite some songs.
