Description Atchison, Kan., Mayor Allen Reavis, Kansas City District Commander Col. Anthony J. Hofmann, and Secretary of Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism Robin Jennison prepare to cut the ribbon on the Dalbey Bottoms Project on Dec. 7, 2012, near Atchison, Kan. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District developed fish and wildlife habitat, constructed three flow-through chutes, and realigned Walnut Creek among other activities as part of the Missouri River Fish and Wildlife Mitigation Program.
