Description
English:
One storey building Built in 1976, Express bistro with self-service restaurant was built on the ground floor. There is a Stilt 'Shadow Image' memorial by vice mayor Attila Tarnóczky (2017 copper? artworks) with plaque. Commemorative plaque on the façade: ~~"In the first half of the 19th century, the unpaved streets of Kanizsa were still turned into a sea of mud from time to time due to the lack of drainage. Getting to the other side also required serious determination. The more skillful ones helped themselves with stilts. The artwork also commemorates the 2017 stilt season and the popular stilt playing in the city. The Shadow Image was realized on the initiative of the Library Care Foundation Nagykanizsa from public donations, with the help of Metal-Tech Expert Kft." - 11 Deák Ferenc Square, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary.

Emléktábla a homlokzaton: A 19. század első felében még időről időre sártengerré változtak a burkolatlan kanizsai utcák a vízelvezetés hiánya miatt. A túlsó oldalra jutás is komoly elszántságot igényelt. Az ügyesebbek gólyalábakkal segitettek magukon. Az alkotás a 2017-es gólyalábas évadnak és a városban kedveltté vált gólyalábazásnak is emléket állít.
