Our Lady Piarist Church. Early gothic 14th century Holy Cross chapel remodelled to church in Baroque style, in the 18th century. From south connected with the Rákóczi Chapel, From north connected the former piarist monastery now student accomodation - 12 Deák Street, Sátoraljaújhely, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County, Hungary

Nagyboldogasszony római katolikus, volt pálos-piarista templom, korábban Szent Kereszt kápolna.[1] Kora gótikus, 14.századi eredetű, barokk, 18. századi átépítéssel. Berendezés: fő- és mellékoltárok, szószék, barokk, 18. század első fele; orgonakarzaton festett stallumok, 18. század eleje. A kolostorépület déli szárnyával egybe épült, keletelt, egyhajós, nyeregtetős, cseréppelfedett épület. Barokk, nyugati főhomlokzatán volutás, konkávíves oromfal, s a voluták fölött széles, félköríves karzatablak. Tornya a szentély északi oldalán a kolostor kerengőjének keresztboltozatos szakasza fölött áll, emeletén gótikus ablakok. A torony felső szintje és asisak barokk kiképzésű. A hajó déli oldalán nyílik a Rákóczi-kápolna. A 'pálos templom és kolostor műemléki környezete' része azonosító: 3131, törzsszám: 6792 'Római katolikus templom' néven azonosító: 3132, törzsszám: 919 - Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén megyek, Sátoraljaújhely, Barátszer, Deák utca 12 helyrajzi szám: 448/3
