English: Thanks to Martijn Boer for providing the board with this chip on it.
Appears to be used as part of a wireless communication radio. An interesting thing about this deice which confused me is that there is a Conexant logo on the package, but the IC itself seems to be designed by Intersil. It was most likely designed in 1998 according to some very small inscriptions. The "52313C01" and "HARRIS" inscriptions did not lead anywhere on google so it's probably a private code-name or something.
