Description
Deutsch: Das Denkmal wurde vermutlich 1980 auf dem Gelände der ehemaligen Dragoner-Kaserne in Oldenburg-Osternburg, Bremer Straße, aufgestellt. Vermutlich soll es an das 1919 aufgelöste Oldenburgische Dragoner-Regiment Nr. 19 erinnern, das hier von 1858 an in der Kaserne residierte, die 1980 abgebrochen wurde zugunsten eines Neubaus der Bundeswehr, in dem bis ca. 2012 das Kreiswehrersatzamt Oldenburg untergebracht war. Am Denkmal befindet sich kein Hinweis über einen Namen, den Künstler oder das Aufstellungsdatum.
