Paul Stein Berlin ; GV ; Postkarte, Ansichtskarte, Bildkarte; schw., slb. u. gelb gedruckt, Schlesischer Adler.Breslau (Weimarer Republik) (Wrocław). Der „Stahlhelm, Bund der Frontsoldaten“ war ein Wehrverband zur Zeit der Weimarer Republik, der kurz nach Ende des Ersten Weltkrieges am 25. Dezember 1918 von dem Reserveoffizier Franz Seldte in Magdeburg gegründet wurde.
English: 1931 National Frontline Soldiers’ Day (Reichsfrontsoldatentag) in Breslau, Weimar Republic (Germany). Propaganda postcard for Der Stahlhelm, Bund der Frontsoldaten (English: 'The Steel helmet, League of front-line Soldiers'), a German First World War veteran's organisation existing from 1918 to 1935. After World War II, Breslau (Wrocław) and most of Silesia (Schlesien) were transferred to Poland and its population, almost totally German-speaking, was expelled.
