Description
English: Cement or lime empties returning to Ruebeland and the industrial complex of the VEB Harzer Kalk- und Zementwerke, alongside the Bode river. The overhead is at 25kV AC/50 Hz, a unique and isolated line in Germany where the frequency is generally 15kV 16⅔ Hz AC. which had become the european standard by 1908 with the Dessau-Bitterfeld line being used to establish the German system of electrification when it was electrifiied in 1911.
