Summary[edit]

Description
English: In early years, when trains on Beijing-Shanghai Railway stop at Dezhou, most passengers prefer to buy a braised chicken from vendors on the platform. Today, the train repeatedly announces and advertises Dezhou braised chicken...and some other things like Tianjin mahua, Pingyao beef, Wuhan duck neck and Häagen-Dazs ice cream. After all, this "Texan" chicken is always a favourite among railway meals in China!
