Description
English:
~Monument to the Maglódi victims of the murders of Gyömrő. Related to political? murders and torture of a twenty Horthy regime local leaders/servants of/in Gyömrő area/district, end of the World War 2, in between February and April, 1945. Four kopjafas and plaques to the killed four local men and a plaque to a local survivors. Note: the bodies of three of the four men have not been recovered. Located in a Park along Maglód no. 17 at Wodianer Street, Maglód, Pest County, Hungary.

Gyömrői Gyilkosságok Maglódi Áldozatainak Emlékműve 2003-2004. Az (1945 február április közötti) áldozatok között is Diószegi István főjegyző (holtteste nem került elő), Bellus János dr. járásbíró (holtteste nem került elő), Juhász Sándor irodatiszt/közellátási vezető(holtteste nem került elő) és Zambelly Béla jegyző (halálának oka: fejlövés). A második világháború végén internálás címén elhurcolt majd megölt/megkínzott, húsz Gyömrő környékén élő, Horty rendszerbeli pap, helyi vezető, közalkalmazott irodatisztek, földbirtokosok közül öt maglódi férfinak állított emlékmű Forrás: Palasik Mária: Félelembe zárt múlt.
