| Description |
English: Dicey bend Getting out of the village (which doesn't get gritted or ploughed until everything else is clear) is the first hazard on the school run from Boldron, but this downhill bend to the bridge over Thorsgill Beck is the most likely to get you in these conditions. Most people end up in the ditch, rather than hitting the wall, which is perhaps less damaging than coming the other way, but does need a tractor to pull you out afterwards. |
