Deutsch: Vorderseite: IMP C C VAL DIOCLETIANVS P F AVG. Drapierte Panzerbüste des Diocletianus mit Lorbeerkranz in der Rückenansicht nach r.

Rückseite: MONETA AVG. Die drei Monetae stehen nebeneinander in der Vorderansicht, die Köpfe nach l. gewandt. Eine jede hält ein Füllhorn (cornucopiae) im l. Arm und eine Waage in der r. Hand. Vor jeder Moneta l. ein Münzhaufen.

Kommentar: Anders als die Mehrzahl der bekannten Medaillone dieses Typs ist dieses Exemplar nicht aus Bronze bzw. Kupfer gefertigt, sondern aus legiertem Silber.
