English: Disused Primitive Methodist Chapel - the other side. Whereas the front and both sides of this small building, situated right beside Heydon Road, are almost hidden behind surrounding shrubbery > 829459 - 829464 the view towards its other end (the north wall) is unobstructed. Both an Independent as well as a Primitive Methodist chapel are mentioned in William White's "History, Gazetteer, and Directory of Norfolk 1845". The present owner of the former Primitive Methodist chapel - dilapidated but there are signs of recent attempts at some repair and restoration work > 829497 - has applied for planning permission for conversion into holiday accommodation . |
