English: Ad for a Christmas charity concert by Donald Heywood and his chorus in 1935. Will need no notice ad license at Commons. There are no copyright marks on the ad which can be seen in original upload and at the link above. The AMPA did not mark the ad as copyrighted; copyrights for The Film Daily covered the editorial content only--not the advertising in the journal. "A notice for the collective work will not serve as the notice for advertisements inserted on behalf of persons other than the copyright owner of the collective work. These advertisements should each bear a separate notice in the name of the copyright owner of the advertisement." |
