Summary[edit]

Description A brilliant dragon and Chinese writing at the Ling Sen Tong cave temple in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. Don't you simply love that water spout coming out from the dragon's mouth! Google Translate- well- translates that Chinese writing as mountain fruit flower, whatever that means. The caves at this temple are on two or three levels, so this dragon is located on the rock between the first and second levels. Featuring colorful architecture and whimsical human-size statues, the entrance to the Ling Sen Tong temple does feel a little bit like entering an amusement park. The garden in front of the temple is full of statues of various characters from Taoism as well as Chinese folklore and mythology (Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia, Sept. 2023)
