Summary[edit]

Description
English: One of two stone-covered obelisks with the top sliced off with shields for the United States Forest Service on both sides of Florida State Road 40 as it enters Ocala National Forest, far east of Lynne, Florida. These stones were discovered in June 2019, but I missed my chance to capture them back then. Since the traffic along SR 40 made taking a shot of both obelisks too dangerous, I wasn't able to duplicate my efforts for the western obelisks as I did in April 2019 with the eastern obelisks, and had to settle for one at a time. This one is along the westbound lane, and was taken from off the shoulder of that lane on foot.
