Summary[edit]

English: This is a Polish version of the image with a Polish description, English version (Image:Earth-lighting-equinox EN.png) is also available.
Polski: Oświetlenie Ziemi przez Słońce w dniu równonocy (zarówno wiosennej, jak i jesiennej).

Grafika: Przemyslaw "Blueshade" Idzkiewicz.

Widok od strony półkuli wschodniej, ukazuje południe w centralno-europejskiej strefie czasowej (bez poprawki na czas letni) w dniu równonocy.

Do stworzenia tej grafiki użyte zostały zdjęcia:

  • "Earth's City Lights" [1],
  • oraz "The Blue Marble: Land Surface, Ocean Color and Sea Ice" [2].

Zostały one wykonane na zlecenie amerykańskiej agencji rządowej, NASA i jako takie stanowią zasoby "public domain".

Mapy oświetlenia kuli ziemskiej utworzono przy pomocy programu "Home Planet" [3], autorstwa Johna Walkera.
