[edit]DescriptionEglwys Pabo Sant from the south - geograph.org.uk - 1319721.jpg |
English: Eglwys Pabo Sant from the south The present building dates from between the 12th and 14th centuries. The church has as its patron St Pabo, once the King of the Old North - an area which included the Scottish Lowlands - who migrated to North Anglesey after suffering a defeat in battle against the Picts and took to religion. Today, only occasional services are held in this church. |
