Description
English:
Under remodelling, dome construction. Former Military HQ, former Military of Defence. At the eastern end of the building stood the church of St. Sigismund of the 15th-16th centuries. On the south side of the building was the medieval Jewish quarter (formerly Jewish Street, now Saint Georg Street) there stood in the 13th-14th centuries the synagogue and next to it in the 13th-14th century was the Mikve, the Jewish ritual bat, at that time the present-day Fehérvári gate was called the Jewish Gate. - North of the ex Military building is the Színház utca/Theatre Street (formerly St. John's Street) that bordered by the 18th century Carmelite monastery which built on the partly on place of the 16th century János Szapolyai Palace in the 17th century Pasa Palace - Location: Castle Quarter neighborhood, I. District of Budapest.

Egykori Honvéd Főparancsnokság Honvédelmi Minisztérium (azonosító 11468), 2013-as átépítés felújítás után a 2022-es Az épület keleti végén állt a 15.-16-századi Szent Zsigmod prépostság temploma. Az épület déli oldalán volt a középkori zsidó negyed másnéven az első budai zsidó negyed (egykor Zsidó utca) állt a 13-14.sz.-ban a zsinagóga és mellette a 13-14.sz.-ban a Mikve, a zsidó rituális fűrdő, ekkoriban a mai Fehérvári kapu neve Zsidó kapu volt.
