Polish operators via Internet e-mail are sent e-mails. In which service sham condition of the Polish Post necessity clicks a specially crafted link data on your shipment. Text only version of this e-meile shows the addressee. Namely, directly under the domain Polish http://ekoweb.com.pl/ page is displayed that reads: Hacked by Islamic state (ISIS). I did not check what surprises are started after clicking on a link.

While placing the hand after buying domain law is probably acceptable form of "political exhibitionism", whereas in the case of e-mails with a specially prepared link is no longer meeting the criteria for legal phenomenon "Internet crime" in the resources Wikimedia Commons.

Probably not only in Poland but perhaps even in the US does not have a reliable designated legal entity which at least record such a phenomenon?

Nie sprawdzałem jakie niespodzianki są uruchamiane po kliknięciu w taki odnośnik.

O ile umieszczenie takiej strony po wykupieniu domeny jest zapewne dopuszczoną prawem formą np. ekshibicjonizmu politycznego, o tyle w przypadku e-maili ze specjalnie przygotowanym odnośnikiem jest to już zjawisko prawne spełniające kryteria kategorii "Internet crime" w zasobach Wikimedia Commons.

Prawdopodobnie nie tylko w Polsce ale chyba nawet w USA nie ma jeszcze wiarygodnego wyznaczonego podmiotu prawnego, który co najmniej rejestruje takie zjawisko?
