| Description |
English: Entrance to Lower Edge Quarry, Rastrick. In the past there were many sandstone quarries in Rastrick, and this is the only one still working. Ashlar from this quarry was used all over England. It appears that a large pile of rock is being reduced to crushed stone, and also there are neat piles of sawn stone on the right. |
