Umlaufender Text auf dem Abzeichen: "Endlich kamst Du gleiches Recht ohne Unterschied im Geschlecht 1918".

Zur Einführung des Frauenwahlrechts wurden 1918/19 Erinnerungsabzeichen hergestellt und getragen.
