Description
Español: El escudo de armas de Puntagorda tiene forma portuguesa y cuartelado. Primero, de plata, un arco gótico ojival de sable, cargado de un Libro Sagrado de plata surmontado de una mitra puesta sobre un báculo, ambos de plata. Segundo, de azur, un pino canario al natural. Tercero, de azur, un lagar de tea al natural. Cuarto, de oro, dos ondas de azur surmontadas de una isla al natural, cargada de dos dragos gemelos pareados y fustados. Bordura de gules, con cuatro ramas de almendro floridas, dos en jefe y dos en punta, con la leyenda “Entre Hiscaguán” en el flanco diestro y “y Garomé” en el flanco siniestro. Al timbre, corona real cerrada.
