Description

... only it isn't her's, she is interred in this, the family tomb of the Norte family, her family of origin. I would guess that 70% of the people who come to this cemetery do so specificaly to look at this. Yet it is not marked, and there are no signs. If you come looking for 'Peron' you will miss it. It is the plaques that tell you she is here.

But on the day I was here the President of Argentina could still plausibly accuse the former president of fomenting yesterday's riot in Concepcion as a part of a Peronista plot. This country's political tragedy plays on.....
