Exquisite Affordable Housing On The Shores Of Mari |
|||
Description |
500px provided description: On July 2007, Oz Erickson planned to sell some housing units on the shores at Marina Bay because the prices of the Shores went down that time between $250k to $450k. He sold 140 units in the first phase, which he believes was the fastest selling project in the East bay and, it is actually a record in the history of housing sales. Oz Erickson built 478 units with the help of Emerald Fund, which range from one to two bedroom rooms. These units consist of high ceilings with washer/dryer hookups, modern kitchens and baths, and a lot more.
