Summary[edit]

Description A U.S. Navy McDonnell F-4J-35-MC Phantom II (BuNo 155787) from Fighter Squadron VF-96 Fighting Falcons being refueled by a Douglas EKA-3B Skywarrior (BuNo 147660) from Electronic Countermeasures Squadron VAQ-130 Det.1 Zappers over the Gulf of Tonkin. Both squadrons were assigned to Attack Carrier Air Wing 9 (CVW-9) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Constellation (CVA-64) for a deployment to Vietnam from 1 October 1971 to 1 July 1972.
