Deutsch: Frankfurt am Main, Stadtteil Sachsenhausen-Süd: Der Maunzenweiher ist ein etwa zwei Hektar großer Teich im äußersten Südosten des Frankfurter Stadtwaldes. Er wurde in den 1930er-Jahren auf Anregung und unter der Leitung von Forstamtsleiter Bernhard Jacobi angelegt. Der Teich entstand in einer Lehmgrube, die zuvor von Töpfern für den Abbau von Ton genutzt worden war. Der Maunzenweiher wurde als Naherholungsgebiet geschaffen.
