Description NEW ORLEANS - Lt. j.g. James Heuser, executive officer for the Coast Guard Cutter Margaret Norvell, provides remarks during a commissioning ceremony for the fifth Fast Response Cutter in the Coast Guard fleet at Mardi Gras World in downtown, June 1, 2013. The cutter is named after Lighthouse Keeper Margaret Norvell who served with the U.S. Lighthouse Service for more than 41 years. U.S. Coast Guard photo by Petty Officer 2nd Class Bill Colclough.
