Liebste Eltern!
Ja jetzt werdet Ihr Augen machen ich bin endlich aus den verdammten Rußland heraus und liege nun hier in Pulawy [ Puławy ]. Es ist sehr schön hier und es geht mir auch sehr gut. Das Lazarett in Kaluga wurde aufgelöst da fuhr ich nach Smolensk und von dort über Minsk und Brest-Litovsk nach hier. Die Fahrt war ja nicht sehr schön in Güterwagen aber jetzt ists ja vorbei. Wir hofften ja alle in die Heimat zu kommen. Das ging leider nicht. Das schönste Weihnachtsgeschenk war die entlausung und an das Bad! Hier ist es doch wunderbar gegen Rußland. Da sind deutsche Schwestern. Die ersten deutschen Frauen nach einen halben Jahr!
