[Endlich] sah ich nach langer, langer Zeit wieder Berge und Felsen. Es ist doch ganz was anders als die öden Steppen Rußlands. In Zakopane angekommen wurden wir im Autobus abgeholt und in das 6 km weit entfernte Kurhotel gebracht. Überall begegneten wir Pferdeschlitten deren Kutscher in ihrer Malerischen Tracht sehr schön sind. Das Kurhotel liegt sehr schön. Wir bekamen gleich tüchtig zu essen. Dann gings ins Bad zum Friseur und ins Bett. Wir haben mit 3 Mann ein Zimmer 3 wundervolle breite Betten mit Einsatz. 3. Kästen für die Kleider warmes und kaltes Wasser. Morgens lacht die Sonne ins Fenster und wenn [wir hinaus schauen fällt unser Blick auf die wundervolle Bergwelt der hohen Tatra!]
