Meine liebe Mama!
Habe Deine lieben Briefe mit viel Freude und besten Dank erhalten. Wartete nun bis das Packet eintraf nun ist es gestern gekommen tausend Dank dafür. Aber Mama was hast Du da wieder alles geschickt. Du weißt doch daß ich das nicht haben will! In den einen Brief die vielen Marken und die 10.- RM das geht Dir doch alles selbst ab. Wo Du Dich nun doch so plagen mußt. Na und gar so schmal finde ich mich garnicht auf den Photo im Gegenteil. Besonders die Fleischmarken kannst Du besser gebrauchen als ich. Ich komm schon durch. Jetzt bin ich schon lange hier in Braunschweig und kenne schon verschiedene Stellen wo ich was essen kann. Habe auch Kameraden die von Urlaub kommen, na und da hilft einer den andern aus. Die Bilder waren schnell fertig danke Dir dafür auch für Poldis und Adis Brief. Poldis Ansichten über das Militär haben sich [auch gründlich geändert.]
