B. [Braunschweig] den 14.VIII.42.
Mein liebes Muttl!
Habe Heute Deine lieben Briefe erhalten, der Rek. [Pek. ???] wurde mir von der Gens. Kmp. nach gechickt. Ich danke Dir für beide recht herzlich aber was hast Du wieder gemacht? Das viele Geld und wieder die Marken! Das Geld nehme ich fürs photografieren es ist halt hier sehr schwer die phot. Anstallten sind fast alle geschloßen bei den übrigen dauert es halt 6 - 8 Wochen ich laße mich abnehmen und gebe die Heimatadresse an die sollen dann die Bilder nach Hause schicken. - Du wast allso im Prater hast recht ich hätte Dich gerne auf der Himalajabahn gesehen die schöne Praterkarte habe ich bekommen. Siegi war auch mit Dieter bei Dir na die kommen immer auf einen „Abstecher“. Fritzl war wieder zu Hause na ganz so schlecht wird es schon nicht werden er sieht zu schwarz. Sei froh daß ihr keinen Flg. Allarm habt wenn ich in Urlaub komme können sie vonmiraus kommen aber auch nur so wie damals! Na jetzt ist man ja nicht einmal mehr im Prater [sicher.]
