Summary[edit]

Description
English: Ffynnon Beuno Holy Well on the Mawnog Bach estate This is one of the ancient wells of Wales. It attracted pilgrims throughout the centuries and in the 19th century the Rhiwlas estate marketed the water labelling the bottles as containing water 'from the well known kidney pacifying rock spring near Bala'. Later the well became infilled with builders' rubbish and it was only in 2005 that it was restored by the Cantref Heritage organisation.
