| Description |
English: Field with a view near Halse Three lanes and four footpaths cross west to east from the old turnpike route along Gipsy Lane and Coxland's Rock into Halse village; I think the footpath from which this was taken, T 13/8, probably has the best views, being on the ridge top. It crosses a large field. To the north, the house and oak on the hill are in ST1328. In the distance is the ridge of the Quantocks. |
