Casa a fost proiectată ^[1] și locuită de inginerul evreu Sándor Reisinger, care prin firma sa Fodor-Reisinger a proiectat în Arad Palatul Nádasdy^[2] , case de raport^[3], hala de producție a Fabricii de automobile Marta ^{[4] [5]} și Școala Normală construită în 1895^[6], care din 1922 până în prezent este Liceul Pedagogic Țichindeal.
