Description
Deutsch: First locomotive on the Richland Center Branch (Rockwell) - Photo taken in 1876. The Pine River Valley & Stevens Point Railway was a narrow gauge railway with a gauge of 3 foot. It lead from Lone Rock, WI, to Richland Centre (since then renamed to Richland Center). It was incorporated into the St. Paul in 1880 and later converted to standard gauge. PRV&SP "Richland Centre" was built by Porter in February 1876, #240. It was disposed of by 1887.http://donsdepot.donrossgroup.net/dr051.htm
