Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из жёлтой и красной треугольных частей, разделённых диагональю, нисходящей из верхнего древкового к нижнему свободному углу, на котором изображена фигура из герба муниципального образования — скачущий от древка всадник в зелёном одеянии, шапке (с собольей опушкой) и сапогах, белых штанах и поясе с чёрными луком и стрелой в руках и таким же колчаном полным стрел за спиной на красном седле с такой же попоной, окаймлённой жёлтым. Конь под всадником переменяет цвета с чёрного на жёлтой части на белый на красной части и цвета сбруи соответственно с жёлтого на чёрный.
