«Флаг муниципального образования „Летнереченское сельское поселение“ представляет собой прямоугольное с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция из герба муниципального образования с заменой геральдических серебра и золота соответственно белым и жёлтым цветами».

Описание герба: «В зелёном поле поверх серебряного пониженного волнистого пояса и выходящего из-за него сверху золотого солнца (без лица) с пламенеющими лучами, — зелёная ель, вершина которой вписана в верхнюю грань диска солнца и ствол которой ниже волнистого пояса переменяет свой цвет на золото, а вместо корней у ели четыре лапы речного якоря».
