Description
Español: Bandera del municipio de Pamplonita (Norte de Santander).

"La franja superior de color naranja representa la gran riqueza fructífera del Municipio ya que aunque es una de las localidades mas pequeñas del departamento (su extensión geográfica representa sólo el 0,82% del territorio nortesantandereano) posee en sus tierras una gran riqueza y en el caso propio, un potencial agrícola inmenso. En la parte inferior está la tercera franja de color verde, la que representa o simboliza la esperanza que tienen los habitantes del Municipio en verlo pujante, fuerte y vigoroso. Entre la primera y tercera franja hay una de color azul bordeada de dos franjas pequeñas de color blanco. La franja azul representa la riqueza hídrica del río Pamplonita, que lo atraviesa de sur a norte y la micro cuenca hidrográfica de la quebrada El Urumal, fuente abastecedora del acueducto Municipal. Las franjas blancas representan la paz en la que los habitantes de Pamplonita queremos y debemos vivir, no sólo entre nosotros los humanos, sino con la naturaleza, principalmente con las riquezas hídricas Municipales."
