Русский: Флаг муниципального образования — Погореловское сельское поселение Пронского муниципального района Рязанской области, Россия

Прямоугольное белое полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, имеющее вдоль древка вертикальную жёлтую полосу шириной 1/4 длины флага, в верхней части которой помещено изображение старинной зелёной княжеской шапки с чёрной опушкой, над которой — жёлтое украшение („городок“) с белой жемчужиной. На основной части полотнища воспроизведена композиция герба муниципального образования — жёлтый с такими же жёлудями и с зелёными листьями дуб, растущий на зелёном тройном холме, на средней части которого изображены три жёлтых молота, два накрест и один поверх них вертикально; всё сопровождено по краям перевёрнутыми каплями, по девять в ряд с каждой стороны, переменяющими цвет с голубого (верхние шесть с каждой стороны) на белый (нижние три).
