Русский: Флаг муниципального образования — Полянское сельское поселение Рязанского муниципального района Рязанской области, Россия

Прямоугольное зелёное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, имеющее вдоль древка жёлтую вертикальную полосу шириной в 1/4 длины флага, в верхней части которой изображена старинная зелёная княжеская шапка с чёрной собольей опушкой и жёлтым украшением („городком“) с зелёным самоцветным камнем. На основной зелёной части полотнища изображена композиция фигур из герба муниципального образования: стоящий на жёлтой выпуклой земле, обременённой голубой раскрытой раковиной с белой жемчужиной внутри, обращённый к древку белый аист с распростёртыми крыльями, имеющими чёрные маховые перья, с красным клювом и лапами, держащий в правой лапе жёлтый молоток.
