CLEVELAND (Aug. 28, 2012) Rear Adm. Gregory M. Nosal, commander of Carrier Strike Group (CSG) Two (middle) and Commanding Officer Cmdr. Eric Johnson of Naval Operational Support Center Akron salute the national ensign at Perry’s Victory Observance at Fort Huntington Park during the Navy’s commemoration of the Bicentennial of the War of 1812 in Cleveland, this celebration is one of 15 signature events planned across America in 2012. The week-long event commemorates the Bicentennial of the War of 1812, hosting service members of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Royal Canadian Navy.
